RHYTHM RIDE®

A 50 minute interval based ride that’s a music-driven cardio workout on a bike.  Targeting the full body, the ride includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training and hand weights. We adjust body positions, pedal speed, and gear to generate exceptional cardio results and core strength. We ride to the beat of awesome music. The rhythm brings the class together making it appropriate for beginners and advanced riders alike as the level of intensity is up to the rider.

RHYTHM RIPPED®

A 50 minute interval based ride that combines the cardio from a traditional Rhythm Ride class with more attention on the upper body using hand weights. We focus on biceps, triceps and deltoids. It’s all on the bike. It’s all still to the beat. It will challenge you, go for the BURN! Rhythm Ripped is also appropriate for beginners and advanced riders alike as the size of weights and level of intensity is up to the rider.

TEEN RIDES

A 45 minute ride 100% geared towards a teen rider experience. 6 week series from November 30th through January 11th (no class 12/28). Grades 8-12. Tuesdays from 4:45pm-5:30pm with Brittany & Melissa. Sign up here
