Cycle Town Army, we know you’re always up for a challenge and Cycle de Mayo makes it fun to MOVE and do something great for yourself. Come ride to the beat and strengthen your core with us!

Here’s how it works:  

1. RIDE
Pick your challenge level of either 10, 12, or 16 days of riding in the month of May.
Sign up on the posters (both studios).
SMILEY Sticker = Ride completed.

2. STOP, DROP & PLANK
Pick your challenge level of either 31, 31, or 31 😉 days of planking in the month of May.
Plank 2 minutes EVERY.SINGLE DAY. You’ll get stronger as you go.
We give you a plank chart to keep you accountable at home.
Option to Stop, Drop and Plank with us on Instagram LIVE at 12:15pm every day in May. 

3. VIRTUAL
Not in the studio? Do Cycle de Mayo (Movement de Mayo!) from home. Emojis are super fun stickers 🌟
Sign up on our virtual chart here.
You exercise 30+ minutes any way you choose. Don’t forget the PLANK part from above.
